In the wake of the Terri Schiavo case which made headlines across the country in early 2005, Ken Helfing, senior attorney of The Helfing Law Firm, was invited to appear as a guest on the popular Keith Larson Morning Show which is broadcasted on 1110 WBT AM | 99.3 FM Radio. During his guest spot on the show, Mr. Helfing, who was referred to as a “Living Will Genius” by Mr. Larson, was given an opportunity to demonstrate his expertise in the area of estate planning. Through questions from callers and the show’s host Keith Larson, Mr. Helfing was able to educate the audience on the benefits and pitfalls of living wills, as well as other available instruments for estate planning. When asked to stay on the show longer than anticipated due to the popular demand of the show’s audience, Keith Larson put it best by stating, “You’re the first attorney I have been able to understand.”
