Money Owed on Credit Agreement

As an extension of its general business representation of DoubleRadius, Inc., a national equipment supplier and solution provider for wireless networks, The Helfing Law Firm was employed to assist with a dispute over money owed on a credit agreement. When a debtor business owed DoubleRadius an amount in excess of $150,000.00 and failed to pay, DoubleRadius knew where to turn. After filing a lawsuit to recover the monies owed, The Helfing Law Firm aggressively and zealously represented DoubleRadius. The case, littered with SEC and Blue Sky law implications, was further complicated by multiple defendants located in Texas and Utah and pledges of restricted stock shares of two publicly traded companies. The Helfing Law Firm has been able to steadfastly negotiate these obstacles and champion the way for its client.
