Inc., and Tournament Players Club at Piper Glen, Inc.
(See Copy here: Filed
Complaint- B.Pavone, Exec. for Estate of David E. Lewis vs PGA TOUR,
Inc .PDFsize298kb.)
Following an investigation into the matter, The Helfing Law Firm
has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against PGA TOUR, Inc., and Tournament
Players Club at Piper Glen, on behalf of its Client.
The suit alleges that employees of the named defendants negligently
caused the untimely death of Mr. David Lewis. Defendants allegedly
created a number of dangerous circumstances from which Mr. Lewis
was severely injured. The complaint further states that Defendants
failed to act to secure medical and emergency rescue attention for
Mr. Lewis following his injury, after allegedly creating the dangerous
situations. Mr. Lewis's estate is seeking compensation for the irreplaceable
loss of a dearly loved son, brother, and uncle. The Helfing Law
Firm looks to hold those responsible for Mr. Lewis' tragic and unnecessary
death accountable.
